Corrugated board
Possibility for a variety of combinations of paper according to the requirements of the clients. We produce two layer, three layer and five layer corrugated board with B, C and E flute profiles, as well as ВС, ВЕ and СЕ combinations. The top layer may be white, brown or lined.
Two layer corrugated board
The two layer corrugated board is not strong enough for the production of boxes and is used mainly for supporting elements and pads for packaging, gift packaging, packaging for beverages, packaging for books, promotional bags, decoration materials, folders, greeting cards etc.
Three layer corrugated board - Е flute
Е flute or micro corrugated board with thickness of 1.6 mm. Suitable for small size packaging with higher printing requirements as well as for masked packaging.
Three layer corrugated board - В flute
B flute with thickness of 3 mm and wide application in mid-size packaging. Suitable for products requiring higher print quality, precise dimensions and higher pressure resistance.
Three layer corrugated board - С flute.
С flute with thickness of 4 mm. – the most widely spread material for the production of corrugated board packaging. Combines simultaneously sufficient stability and high quality. Suitable for the production of both slotted packaging – boxes and cardboard boxes, and die cut products of specific form.
Five layer corrugated board - С+Е flute
С+Е flute with thickness of 6 mm, offering a perfect combination between strength and elegance of the packaging with very high quality print. The material is suitable for the production of packaging subjected to greater loads, which along with their strength offer also elegant commercial look.
Five layer corrugated board - B+C flute
Five layer corrugated board - В+С flute with thickness of 6 mm. В+С flute with thickness of 6 mm, which offers the greatest strength of the packaging and is used for both heavy products and shock-sensitive devices.
