Design
Vitavel performs graphic design of all types of packaging and boxes, used for industrial or advertizing purposes. The term to submit the initial version is determined by the type and complexity of the design. We offer professional design of packaging related to your new corporate needs. Making of samples completing a full design cycle – from the schematic layout to the production. You may also submit your samples, which we will develop a production process to.
We have high productivity printing machines for offset print from 1 to 8 colors and flow lines from 1 to 4 flexo print. The operation of the machines is controlled by computers to obtain the best accuracy.
Die cutting
The structural design of a packaging is demonstrated by the technical construction of the printed product. The stage of joint forming and other partial operations, such as cutting of a window in arbitrary form by which the required visual effect is obtained. Gluing
This is the final process in the production of the packaging; we have two folder gluers Curioni 2000 NT and CLM for automatic folding and gluing of various types of cardboard and micro corrugated board packaging.
Transport
The Company has its own car fleet with capacity from 1.5 to 24 tons, which allows delivery of the necessary packaging materials and packaging at any time everywhere in the country.
